What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept most high-resolution image formats, including AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, JPG, and PNG. For the best print quality, we recommend a resolution of at least 300 DPI.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Production typically takes 3-5 business days after your proof is approved. Shipping times vary by location, but standard delivery usually takes an additional 3-7 business days.

Are your stickers waterproof and weather-resistant?

Yes, our stickers are printed on premium vinyl with a protective laminate coating, making them resistant to water, sunlight, and scratches. They are perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.

Can I see a proof before my stickers are printed?

Absolutely. After you place an order, our design team will send an online proof to your email within 24 hours. We will not begin printing until you have officially approved the layout.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

Yes, we offer tiered pricing. The more stickers of the same design you order, the lower the price per unit becomes. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout based on your quantity.

What is your return policy for custom items?

Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
